Yeah this Anthology 4 was insanely disappointing. It seemed very *nothing* to me. The only big positives was the new mixes of Free As A Bird and Real Love. But... Jesus.

We are close to the release of my first single in ages, to promote my next album, Northern Minnesota, Part II. Just need to work on mastering + finishing the music video. @arps.trickystoop.com recorded bass for the track, which was the last bit of production it desperately needed. Thanks for that!!!

Slowly but surely learning how to record more bass for my tracks, since I'm realizing just how much of a necessity it can be to make a track more full and complete.

Easier to do with the space I've allowed myself in my mixing. I'm actually learning!!!

Five years ago today, I released I Wish I Was Kaiju (IWIWK) to the world. While flawed in its nature, there is something beautiful about this record, and it's one of the most important releases in my journey of music making.
