One year today since I found out El0n the Tumour was benign 😊 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you, or anyone you know, are on the Depo-provera (contraception injection), talk to your GP. It’s been proven to cause Meningiomas, and they’ve allegedly known about it for years.

Looks delicious, do you use fresh pearl onions or pickled ones from a jar? I recently tried borettane onions from a jar but the vinegar was overpowering.
Slice in half vertically, twist and separate from the stone. Then slice again into quarters and it's a lot easier to not make a mess!
