I've been inside and talked with the owner. No Zumba for a while. It's used as an event space (mainly Quinceañeras). It was converted into a roller rink in the 70s and then storage for almost 30 years. He's done a lot of work to it but there's not enough parking to be successful as a theater. 😑
Fort Worth has demolished over 30 single screen movie theaters since the 1960s. There's 4 still standing but only 1 is open... and doesn't show movies. 😑 I'm jealous of all the cities around the country that got to hold onto those gems.
