So sick of the inheritance argument. I get it, it was a total mess and the impacts of the last government will continue to be felt for years to come. But they do have agency to make change and constantly dodging any responsibility for current policy decisions makes them look weak and untrustworthy.

I get it.. buy if a MAGA kid pushed another kid for holding a sign against ICE some folk would want that kid harmed.. violence is violence.
Not a fan of responding with violence because you don't agree with someone. I hate ICE, they've killed people in cold blood. But if we start punching people who have a different opinion instead of standing up in other ways, MAGA will see this as a green light to do the same. Not productive.
It's really hard. The management comes from the Government even though the NHS is supposed to be apolitical, it's very much not. Going to be even worse with NHS England abolition. Most people don't realise how much 'noise', they protect the rest of the NHS from the top. It's easier to blame them.
That's disappointing.. it's really hard to try and move the world forward when women, and men, are sold these confused narratives.
Hopefully pressure from this Good Law project will continue to raise awareness and put pressure. The more people who opt out of their data being used by the NHS for non clinical need will make it a less attractive platform. Sadly some of the good public health work will be impacted.
What's also so bad, is that NHS England are busy making staff redundant, staff who can manage data platforms in house.. Wonder who gets the money?
Please folk write to your NHS Trusts and local paper (yes), go on radio phone ins & shame Palantir. Some NHS Health Trusts are already starting to change their patient information management to Palantir’s Foundry system.
