I’m trying to look at it from a business standpoint and I do understand getting anything merch related is difficult for the US / North America right now (thank you, Dump) but it’s the mouse company. I have a hard time giving it a pass on anything lol.

They release an incredibly well executed well received film and turn their attention right back to making shitty “live action” remakes.

Hell I haven’t bought a hard copy of a movie in years and this one I’m changing that for yet there’s no way of getting it, despite it being released. Supply isn’t meeting demand and there just doesn’t seem to be any motivation from the company to want to change that.

I saw the film 7 times. I’ve been willingly spending money on merch from overseas yet there’s been nothing here in North America where it could be more easily accessible.

I shouldn’t use others posts to vent my frustrations but honestly. I’ll never not be frustrated over loving something so much, wanting to give the company money for it to show my appreciation, yet they just don’t seem to care enough to put the work in?

Think about how long it took the sequel to even come out. I’m very aware of the passion the crew has for the films (yes, one reason being there’s a good handful of furries/anthro appreciators on the crew) but I have my doubts they wanted to wait nearly 10 years to release a sequel.

Im responding in regards to the merchandise not meeting the films demand.

Its been very apparent in recent years that Disney sweeps any anthro media under the rug regardless of its success,in North America anyway. Theyre either blind or dont care.
