Ooooh, what did you get?
Thank you.
No ice cream?
A Murder is Announced?

Light shines in the darkness. Peace and joy this Christmas day. X
No cream, no ice cream, no custard? Well.
The marvellous Mr Moir, headie of Corstorphine Primary, came to church this morning beautifully dressed, and bringing joy.
It is almost as if you knew what we'd ask....
Excellent
And you know where we are, should you have any going spare. X
Thank you for bringing us joy and your news of spherical objects.
Heartwarming to be at East Craigs Primary's Winter Wishes assembly this morning. Wishes included world peace, an end to loneliness, the healing of a mum's broken foot, and snow, the last request from a pupil from Hong Kong who has never seen snow. So now we are dreaming of a white Christmas.
Looks lovely. Cream, ice cream or custard?
Christmas in Corstorphine approaches with a fun and fantastic time at the turning on of the lights on the tree.
It's #SteepleSaturday again, so here's our #ScottishChurchOfTheWeek, the wonderful @oldparishcors.bsky.social in Edinburgh
Its distinctive 15th century tower and truncated spire has survived relatively unscathed since the 15th century when it was built as a collegiate church by Sir Adam Forrester.
The stairs up suit the petite rather than the tall, but the view over the interior of the church is worth the squash. Or perhaps the squeeze. Thank you for saying we are wonderful.
For you, obvs, if not for Debbie
You went to Hamlet with Debbie McGee? Now that is a night out.
Come and visit us! Open for a look around on Wednesdays 10.30 - 12noon.
Looks v impressive, but when you say 'I give', we have yet to receive. Just saying.
Saucy
Spooky goings on in St Margaret's Park this afternoon with this headless horseman at the gate. And then I was welcomed home by a confused looking pumpkin.
Get well soon, Sara.
Proud to have her in our churchyard, and equally proud that the social science building of Edinburgh Uni is named the Chrystal MacMillan Building, or the ChrysMac.
Despite the school holidays and no Toastie Thursday, we continue to pursue excellence in cheese and bread. Today we are in Bruntsfield for a Classic (ham and cheese) and an Easy Cheesey (three cheeses). Our verdict: a bit herby, a bit bready, a bit crumby but, as you can see, we ate the lot.
Many congratulations to Alistair and Kenzie who were married in the Old Parish today.
Absolutely yes! Great news.
The community team from Craigmount High School came to enjoy a toastie at Toastie Thursday today, along with over 300 pupils. Funny how the headie and two teachers can make a hall empty so quickly. That takes some skill!
