A 4-5 week old tabby, named Hydra because her mother is Pluto, hides beneath a rusty stepladder beside some repurposed paper shopping bags in the room we are currently renovating that we also used to house her and her siblings. The four Moonlets are now at Rescue Cats Safe Haven in Penna, Tasmania, where we have high hopes that some passing human will fall in love with them and give them a forever home.

If anyone reading this is a fan of cat shelters that don't arbitrarily euthanise cats and kittens for dubious reasons, I would like to draw your attention to Rescue Cats Safe Haven in southern Tasmania. Please throw some money their way, because they deserve it!
