yeah even tho we only met a couple times it still weighs heavy on my mind...he did a guest lecture & attended another I went to & he was always so sweet whenever we talked. he greatly inspired me to be openly & unapologetically queer in a scientific field, too.

as are peppers !!! and watermelon , squash , pumpkin, etc are also berries, tho classified as hard-rind berries called... pepos
