Probably going to mount a "not mentally competent to stand trial" defense. Quite possibly successfully.
@somerandomdave
As seen on LJ, FB, Xwitter, and posters in the post office. Firefighter. Fella. Sometimes technie (for that sweet, sweet techie money). Thought I was deeply cynical, but it turns out that I was an optimist. For external use only. Apply directly to forehead

"Specific strategic purposes" like making Iran do what he says.
And at the local gas station. (Not that the 11mpg Self-propelled Penis Surrogate crowd knows anything about the gas station...)
I think you're confusing "nonsensical" with "stupid". The first means it isn't do-able, the second means it could be done, but it would be an absolutely horrible idea.
"Dissapeared"?
Though, as a one-seater, at least Will wouldn't be worried about further antagonizing the "we're protesting... in secret!" people by allowing a media ride-along.
They'd brake-check you. (And if they're driving Suburbans, they'd brake-check your windshield with their bumper.)
Most expensive, too.
It's always been failed. Sadly, there's already money going into making sure that it starts returning in 2032.
I'd suggest the next biggest is that there are 2 sides, and they are always opposed. (There are a number of sides, each of which loudly proclaims opposition to others, many of which will quietly scheme together on some things while fighting on others.)
If it starts at TNR...
(On conferring with a colleague... _we_ probably would have at least seriously considered a cric, but that's a local protocol thing, and it looks like a tube got placed, so good on them.)
Gonna point out that the Russians have been doing this at their airbases to protect their aircraft from Ukrainian drones.
One more thing the Ukrainians could have told the Americans about how to fight this war...
Yep, looking at later xrays, you are absolutely correct on that.
D'oh, I was looking at the wrong set of xrays. Yep, that's definitely an IV, and if you look at the right knee, he got drilled too.
I'll admit, I'm not great at identifying hardware from x-ray (I do pre-ER), but... dude had low/no blood pressure, if they needed IV access, they probably would have drilled him (IO, probably in the shoulder, a bit above where the picture is cropped), which would have been super obvious on xray).
I see the "well, in the old days, American Conservatives were actually decent people, it's only this Trump guy that's a problem, and once he's dead, that will make everything OK" game is in full swing.
Hey, worked great for the Russian VDV. Remind them to pack their dress uniforms, they'll be parading through Tehran within 72 hours!
Is this the initial one or the corrected one (that's usually lower)?
If they were trying to place an ET tube on someone who was strangled, they would have criced him, which would be very, very visible on the autopsy pics.
Go after contractors. Tell 'em that they'll be disgorging any payments (assuming payment happens) as fines and to pay for removal and restoration of what was there previously.
I'm sure there's a contractor somewhere who isn't aware that Trump will stiff him.
But what I really wanna know is... Will CletusBubba be keeping the adultery plane?
Maybe. I just can't see him caring about members of his administration using their jobs as cover for pretty open adultery.
"I've asked god to forgive me, which he has" is what you say when you get caught in an affair with a staffer who reveals to the press that it feels like their genitalia are now on fire. Not when they actually set themselves on fire.
Questions, I haz them.
Answers, do not want. (They will probably hike my already-high blood pressure.)
I think you underestimate how psychologically harmful the idea of "letting the libs win" is to these people.
Not sure how much good-will that generates when they're also arming Kurdish militants in Iraq in hopes of triggering a wider regional land war.
... but they'll still hold their noses and vote for whoever the Republican candidate is in November.
Don't be silly. Trump is the most Republican president that the modern Republican party has ever had. If the Republican party is suffering harm from that, it's a direct commentary on modern Republicanism.
