I told him that this has happened many times before, and I am making this the very last time I will deal with it. Next time? Whether they care or not, I will be making that corporate office call. I have medical needs, and can't push myself like this. I need my breaks lol. Like everyone else.

lol boss fussed at me for pulling a 8 hour straight work day. Excuse me? But you're lack of scheduling, or cross training isn't my problem at all. I've suggested it countless times, and still nothing. And when we do get someone, they hang out. My department is easy, but not a hang out.

That's a shared feeling honestly. But at the same time? I'm glad I'm not. Mostly just feels like they're part of their own club, and don't want you in it. Fine! I'll join my own club! Myself! :D
