The labradorite in this picture is one of my favorites in the stash right now. Very satisfying on the finger. Very pretty and fun to fidget with.

I was too shy to solo seriously in front of small groups, and he hadn't been able to come to my early school concerts, so this was probably his first time hearing me at my best. I miss him a lot.

Accidentally destroyed today when my aunt posted a wedding photo. I've seen this image a hundred times but this is the first time I noticed my grandfather is clearly smiling up at the choir loft.
