One of my Copic markers dried out within less than a year of purchase.

I contacted them on Dec. 1st, 2024 and I was told that they'd get me a tracking number on Dec. 3rd.

Guess who just got it AFTER 3 months and 14 days?

Bonus points if the drawers can support up to 50lbs.

Bonus points if there's any drawers or storage system out there that can fit the A1 or A2 papers because I want to have them as an option to use.
