It's an opportunity for a smart hotel motel.
Provision of a 15A outlet is enough to be very useful and going to cost them less than $20 in electricity.
In my experience that's an easy choice of accomodation if you're travelling in an EV.

Some people will listen but I think the reality is right or wrong more than 50% of people will flat out reject everything he says because he is a Labor politician.
I strongly believe he should defer to industry experts and scientists and if he really wants to show his face do so supporting them.

It's the top hit on Google re Barnaby.
If you can't see the coalition has been disingenuous regarding renewables I think you are a bit blinded.
Having said that I am quite convinced and willing to say over and over that Chris Bowen is not the person to be preaching renewable technology.

You can Google yourself but Coalition Government deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce made claims to this effect.

@chrisbowenmp.bsky.social
The owners and community need to know more details about the faulty batteries in these vehicles.
Chinese manufacturers may be to blame for the EV failures but the politicians who legislate and promote them need to make it known what they are doing to protect consumers.

Cancelled YouTube.
It has become a cesspit of fake news and AI generated garbage.

The government certainly doesn't want to get involved.

Are you talking LFP?
I'm reasonably happy with the Model 3 CATL LFP pack but it's probably worth considering Tesla NMC packs will have less cycles simply because they are larger packs.

Range and battery capacity for the two versions does not compute.

I snapped a picture of my partner next to this fine work vehicle.
The tossers are leaving the tray steps unfolded now driving down the road.
I guess they feel the thing is not taking enough space.

I can't speak for the latest vehicles but FSD does not work very well on older Teslas.
It's quite disgusting how Tesla does not make that more clear.

It seems to me neither do a great deal of vehicles on the road in QLD.
Yearly inspections and enforcement of vehicle emissions should be introduced to encourage reduced emissions and clean air in cities.

For high power machines it can only end one way. Registration, insurance, licencing, safety standards and compliance enforcement.
I don't understand how authorities let it go unregulated as long as it has.

For reference
Power from home charge
49.6kWh @ $0.273 = $13.54
Tenterfield Tesla Supercharger
49.2 kWh @ $0.53/kWh $26.10
647km
$39.64 charging

I've done quite a few longer road trips in the Model 3 SR+ but this was one of the more challenging.
Since it was only 300 odd km between stops I didn't do the usual 200-250km toilet/charging stops.
Highway speeds and elevation changes meant energy use 142Wh/km was higher than the vehicle average.
