Yup, easily in my top 5 concert experiences. I've been lucky enough to see them 4 times, the first being at Roskilde Festival in Denmark when they were touring this album. Life changing.

I honestly don't think I ever knew there was a movie adaptation, although I guess I should've just assumed it!
Steinbeck's novel is phenomenal of course.
Fun side note: Woody Guthrie's legendary album "Dust Bowl Ballads" contains several songs directly inspired by Grapes Of Wrath.

I'll admit I've never really sat down and listened to this band, or much else in the genre, but "Anvil! The Story Of Anvil" might be the best documentary film I've ever seen, and left me with a feeling of reverence and admiration for their passion and dedication to the playing music they love.

I'm still stuck on their first album after several years. I listened to the second album once or twice and it definitely didn't grab me in the same way, but I'm determined to eventually give it another chance, as well as later releases.
Pretty hard to debate one of those, especially if it's not stationary.
Turns out a lot of them are actively supporting and engaging in it, unfortunately. Maybe authority itself is somehow to blame for all the ways authority is abused.
