Oh I just sold my other RP in December after being on eBay for about 6 months. Was going to remove it in Jan if it had not sold. The beauty of the RP is no Sensor curtain allowing for the magnetic filter mount plate to change filters... Yeah IR loves bright sun. Kolari did mine!👌🏾

What you see in the viewfinder will not be the final results other than the general composition. Also understanding what you need to do in post to convert the raw ir photo into a usable image.

Thanks, a YT'r who converted one of his cameras & I loved his results. After some long thought, I made the decision to convert my R6 backup, the RP... Zero regrets on that decision.

Yes, mine as well... After getting back into Photography, I did a slow progression from film over to digital and picked up an M5 with the EFm Canon adapter. Then saved enough to get the RP and used the Tamron EF 35-150 (which I still have) that I had on the M5. Now RP IR, R6 & R6mkii

I have heard from an attorney that you need to turn off biometrics as it is illegal to provide a Pin/Password without a judicial warrant but not to unlock your phone via biometrics. People need to get burner phones during protesting (about $80) & keep nothing on them.
