It's not a tariff. It's the trade gap. ustr.gov/countries-re... The US exports 88% less stuff to Sri Lanka than it imports. That's all there is to see here.

Apparently the Falkland Islands got hit with 41%. They have three thousand inhabitants and exported $306 million of products in 2019. Which included $255 million in exports of mollusks and $30 million of frozen fish.
