So there is a story about the "top 10 cities at risk during nuclear war" circulating in various tabloids/etc. with my name attached to it, and I will say that a) I never have (nor would) make such a list at all, and b) I never said any of the quotes attributed to me in the article.

This is appropriate. The reason those are licensed professions is that we recognize the danger of letting an untrained human dispense legal or medical advice.

I get why US & Israel are striking critical infrastructure such as water and electricity in Iran, it suggests two things:
1) they’ve run out of clear high value easy to target (stationary)pol-mil targets, and
2) their theory of victory requires societal collapse —> uprising mechanisms.
