In designing this year's program there were a number of failures on my part. I'm listening and hearing the many concerns regarding safety and organization that put folks well-being at risk and for that I want to sincerely apologize.
We would like to apologize for our failures to everyone at this table and to the others we have failed in response to this event. We will be coming forward with a formal apology in the coming days once we have a clearer picture on how to move forward. We are grateful for the accountability.
