Cig smoke is really oily so try anything that cuts oil!! I’ve seen people use vinegar to clean it off walls so I assume if you soak it for an hour in vinegar it would come out.
The way so many of my good lines are in nyc. And I’m broke.
I’d wash with vinegar. If that doesn’t work you may wash them in the bathtub with Dawn.
