I feel like "mascot horror" is just so much wider of a spectrum than we think

you could reasonably say that Nemesis from RE3 is the "mascot" of that game, so thats mascot horror

I think the biggest thing people attribute to mascot horror is merchandise, so maybe judge based off the volume of that?
