Oh boy, here I go, going into work on my day off and finding a secluded place to do some work for free. Because the workload is too much, and can't be done at work. ✨️

I remain behind, I'm put on a preformance plan, my employment record is tarnished which can affect progression, I'm denied a pay increase, and if no improvement I can lose my job.

Freedom. Better day today. Had a bit of luck with my jobs, which meant I was able to deal with some of my already existing jobs which I've not been able to deal with. However I WILL STILL end up doing work in my own time at home for the next couple of days.. for free. 😔

Honestly. The folk like this are like the people back in the victorian period who were amazed by basic science and stuff being peddled by travelling folk, because they didn't have the benefits of modern education and information accessibility.
