I have a lot of other work, BUT! I did work on PriEco

Big apologies that it takes me so long. What I am stuck on is I am looking for a good vector database. I've tried already so many and each "try" takes even days.

I believe I'm getting close but I still haven't found "database" I'm looking for

Can't believe how long PriEco dev takes. I knew creating a web search engine is hard... It's not hard, I had to grow up to be able to do it

For such projects it's not just if you can code in your prefered language, but a way of thinking too

I've been working on PriEco for so long. Idk, I'm in doubts if it's still useful and if I can actually pull up a proper index

I have a new Crawler! Now we are making 23M results a day. Just 2 days ago it was just 3-4M

Gonna step up the game and then upgrade again

Oh it wasn't enough to stop them!

I managed to make Cloudflare to fully block it. But it was a simple solution and maybe whoever was abusing my results may find workaround. I know how to improve it much more tho

I did something for the bot protection. It should be good enough for now, but the todays downtime will be regardless

Apologies, already PriEco is down. We are getting larger bot traffic. PriEco could handle it but I decided to turn it off, increase bot protection and bring it back up so that we don't waste API calls

Today we will have a PriEco downtime for a few hours

I hope PriEco brings you value. Even when the index size isn't large yet, it will only get better

A crazy amount of work went into the whole PriEco

The good news is that now PriEco's infrastructure is very close to being done and then just wait for CRAWLER to fill us with results
