when you win a small concession you just get to keep yelling btw. one time a local official said to me "you people are never happy" and like: correct! it is not our job to be happy with compromise! it's our job to be annoying forever actually
Become the ancestor the future needs.
New from 404 Media: Proton Mail, the privacy-focused email service, gave authorities data that let the FBI unmask an anonymous 'Stop Cop City' protester. It was payment data linked to the anonymous email account. From that, FBI ID'd them, then tracked their movements www.404media.co/proton-mail-...
And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it wasn't for you darn kids.

PUBLIC TO HELP DOG BITE VICTIMS --The Jersey Journal, 18 Mar 1915
I feel like the dog doesn't need any help.
Thank you for your question. I don't expect you to change your mind, but for the sake of others who may be reading I think it's useful to mention how your questions also pursue the same aim of normalisation and how they exist within that same discourse.
The Road to Wigan Pier, 1936.
What Orwell actually said was in recognition of coal miners.
"all of us really owe the comparative decency of our lives to poor drudges underground, blackened to the eyes, with their throats full of coal dust, driving their shovels forward with arms and belly muscles of steel."
Image of Kristi Noem in press conference where she doesn't know she's fired, with a photoshopped hook drawn on the image to drag her off the stage like in Vaudeville
I think the corner of Street 104 and Passageway 109 is where Lou Reed used to buy his drugs
Look it's not his fault that ayatollah is such a common first name
Oh delicious
I'm going to stop trying to remember their names. We're in the mooch zone now.
It's not some administrative order. It's not like a council telling residents to evacuate for risk of forest fire. It's a terror threat backed by massive violence against civilians.
I don't think news media should normalise the idea that countries can issue 'evacuation orders' at other countries.
Ok so that's what the Chiltern Hundreds is called in American
It's the stuff that one term presidents just love
I don't feel like I'm making my point understood. I'll pause and think about how to express myself better:)
Even a poorly read engineer has been in more kitchens than any LLM. So there are different categories of data to draw on, not just less or more.
Washington's forces weren't guerillas he recruited, though. They were mostly the regular militia as organised by the states and the commonwealths. He was simply the one who had overall command of the Continental Army.
I'm agreeing with you that LLMs can be said to produce innovation, I'm just saying we need to be aware of the kinds of innovation they produce. Otherwise we may see people assume it is the same kind of innovating, and not see what is also being lost.
It's true those two guys were burning the candle at both ends
