Coinciding with #InternationalWomensDay, this special feature explores persistent barriers from gender pay gaps to underrepresentation in leadership and global strategies for change, not only for women but all marginalised groups in healthcare and STEMM.
In this graphic, the words diversity, equity and inclusion are shown above cartoons of five scientists/healthcare professionals. Below are cartoon antibodies, and the words healthcare and stem.
Our new special feature is out now! From reflections on starting a parents group for researchers to a case study on Indigenous student engagement in science, this special feature amplifies intersectional discussions on diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare and STEMM. bit.ly/41JpXKa
