my thoughts on ai broadly can be distilled to my observance that many are not built or conditioned to consider the chain of impacts by their actions. i see people litter all of the time. parents still smack their children. these are short-term individual conveniences with long-term societal harms

I would assume there is case law for this already. At the end of the day any VFX pipeline is generative too. There is likely some definition for meaningful human input for when something would hit the threshold of a creative work which can then have a copyright
