I practice mindfulness whilst washing my hands at work. Those extra moments spent handwashing are a great way to ground yourself, and not get swept up with the hustle & bustle, or workplace drama.

I allow one-hour for my commute to work, which usually only takes 40 minutes.
Those βspareβ minutes allow for heavy traffic or any accidents, but more importantly, if the journey is hassle free, I get to walk mindfully from the car park to the main reception.
