Definitely!
Glad you like it.
A wooden door with a pointed top is flanked by two large yew trees. Above the door is a row of small stained glass panels and a lantern.

Oh, that's so relaxing ... ๐
Give him a gentle cuddle and soothing strokes from me, and I hope he manages to have a restful time soon (and that you and your husband do, too!).

Bonus post no. 2 for this #MosaicMonday: a new book on mosaics is always exciting, and this one by Steve Cosh - which is about to be published - should be illustrated with lots of lovely pictures. Looking forward to getting my copy soon! 1/2
I can see it working well for that but not aware this stimulating idea has been published ๐. Maybe you could write a paper?

'Red feather costume' ... hmm ... But sassy is a good word for this one. ๐ฌ
I enjoyed that when I visited and had hoped maybe Agatha had made it herself? Love the idea of her attending a mosaic-making course. But I believe no evidence of this?
๐ฑ Best thing about this mosaic, surely, is the surviving trace of Medusa ... (Unwise to upset her!)
Had hoped for a slightly more incisive and informative assessment ... ๐ง But suppose that would be too much to expect here?! ๐
Phew, I got the right answer ...
An early entry for #MosaicMonday. What a lovely city wall mosaic with detailed towers and gates! @romanpalace.bsky.social - how does this compare/contrast with yours?
Heavenly! These bring back happy memories of a stunning landscape.
My compensation for very late delivery of an item at Christmas has been agreed but ironically seems to be delayed in the post ...
That's a lovely view of a favourite site.
Well, the stabbing of the bull makes me feel more uncomfortable. But I suppose being female means the scorpion is less of a problem ... ๐
Oooh ... A treat indeed, and such sumptuous, soft light. Enjoy your trip!
Sounds as if this discovery really is special. Wonderful to think of this in the northern parts of Britannia.
Vacuum cleaning and mention of orgies! The mind is boggled ...
A truly sumptuous piece. Great photos and helpful text. Gorgeous colours. And tiny lion heads!
