Trying to *mostly* collect nostalgia-based lines, but this one has perfectly captured the absurdity of Masters of the Universe and its bootlegs from the 80s. The guy is one-arm wielding a whole-ass catapult. He'd double as a cat toy.

Highly recommend seeing Send Help in a theater. One of those laugh/gasp with the audience movies, great performances, and of course Sam Raimi's doing his Sam Raimi thing.

If you enjoy surreal art and "old-school clunk," you should absolutely play it—especially since it is completely free with no strings attached. What is it about? You play as O’Sirus the Snip, a lowly paper farmer in a bizarre world where the laws of nature are dictated by Rock, Paper, Scissors. The Conflict: Stone giants crush metallic beings, who in turn farm paper creatures, while those same paper animals terrify the giants. The Mission: O’Sirus wants to join the elite Guffaloons (royal guards), but since they don't hire paper farmers, he has to "cheat his way to the top" using dirty tricks and nonsensical logic. The Start: The story begins with O'Sirus as a stowaway on a ship that is "half horse, half boat, and half whale". Why should you play it? Surreal "Junkpunk" Art: The visuals are a unique mix of Jim Henson-style puppet fantasy (like The Dark Crystal) and highly detailed, grimy hand-drawn environments. High Quality for Zero Cost: Despite being a solo passion project, players on the Adventure Game Studio forums and Steam praise it for professional-level voice acting and atmospheric music. Atmospheric Immersion: Every character speaks their own fictional, subtitled language, making the world feel truly alien. Classic Challenge: It's a love letter to 90s point-and-click titles from LucasArts and Sierra. It doesn't hold your hand; you’ll need to experiment with inventory items and weird world logic to progress.
The Google search robot has defined my genre as "old-school clunk," which I will wear like a shiny badge. It does a pretty good job as a salesman, too.

Not the amazing movie Silent Hill 2's story should have become, but a lot more watchable than the reviews are saying. Far better than the second movie, but not as good as the first. Some really odd and unnecessary story changes.

There's a lot to process here, but the most mind-boggling for me is that they treat the plural of Cookie Monster in the same way you'd say "the attorneys general."
