It was great catching up with old friends and colleagues at GameDev PerkUp on Saturday!

I bring this up publicly, because we live in a society that seemingly puts a ton of pressure on women to be the one to burden all the birth control when men have access to things like this that don't actually change much (any?) for them hormonally, and honestly physically.
How it started vs. How it's going.
For those that were following along, I got a vasectomy in November. The procedure was simple, and is a safe and easy form of male birth control...
POV: I'm either about to fight you with a sword (fencing) or you're about to lay me off.
A core memory I made for myself was wearing my Renaissance hat before my exit call with Riot to "lighten the mood" xD
Not much out there makes you feel more alone than realizing tomorrow is the 2 year anniversary of your layoff, where you were found not important enough to keep.
I wanted to make a larger post about it, but I'll just say this: thank you to those that have stuck around.

I just want the world to know that I shaved a little facial hair off yesterday morning, and had to shave it back off again this morning.
And it only took 33.9 years for that to happen.
Also, I've heard it described as Twilight for dudes and I can't unsee it at all xD
Dispatch was such a damn good experience. So respectful of your time as a player and perfect for where I'm at in life as a person wanting a fun interactive story to play through but with limited time to do it.
A 10/10 for me - and a call to the industry to make more games like this. Will play again
