Missed the aurora on Monday night due to 🌧️ but managed to catch a faint red and green glow to the eye last night so grabbed the @omsystem.bsky.social camera out.
While it’s been a busy couple of years, seeing it in the South west of the UK is still pretty rare. Still amazed every time it shows.
In a position where once the drive pack ends, if we can’t renew it for another 12 months, this change means we’ll be shopping around and potentially leaving octopus, which I’d really prefer not to do.

Are you speaking to charger manufacturers to stop them throttling charges? I’ve seen my Zappi charging our car at 6kw multiple times and nothing I have done to cause this.

Thank you Jo! My assumption only went as far as it being a hermit crab, the hairy legs are certainly unique! I love that it looks like there are barnacles that have also made themselves at home on his shell.

A weird looking little fella for this week. I almost missed him as his shell was so well disguised in with the surrounding area. It was the yellow and blue flashes that caught my eye.

I’m hoping that the ties between the UK and Europe become much more closely entwined again. While our PM doesn’t seem to have the appetite to rejoin or even allow a vote on it, I’m glad to see him working closely with the EU leadership again.
