I was going through some 3 year old photo folders and I found a bunch of solid, unedited world / landscape photos. Gonna chew away at those as "for fun" editing projects.

I've listened through DEATH MAGIC once so far, definitely enjoyed it. I need to spend more time with HEALTH's music before I can chose a favorite album.

Discovered HEALTH today, been enjoying their music a fair bit. RAT WARS is a great album.

I might like Warframe a tiny, smol amount.

Tone and phrasing is important, a lotta peeps would benifit from putting more thought into what they say and how they say it.

What was originally intended to be a humble minimization can easily turn into something that leaves a person feeling like their appreciation means nothing.

If TeamSpeak spent half the time that they spend dunking on Discord on developing their app, people might actually consider it a viable option lol

Canceled my Discord nitro subscription, made a Matrix account, looking into third party Discord clients while watching to see what the fallout of Discord's BS is.

Its amazing how something you take for granted can spiral down the shitter so quickly.

To my friends and friendly acquaintances, know that I do see the work that you put into improving at various skills. I just have so little emotional energy that I rarely vocalize my appreciation. I need to work on vocalizing said appreciation more without being awkward :P

I need to compliment my friends and peers more often. I often forget how nice it is to have my skills seen and appreciated in full and not just glanced at in passing. The same must be true for others.

Give more compliments to those around you. It could very well be a bright spot in their week.

There are bots that will try to add anyone and everyone as well. Disabling friend requests from "everyone" and "server members" should catch those. Friends of friends will still be able to add you.

9 times out of 10 that'll be a scammer/compromised account messaging you through a shared Discord server. You can prevent most of those by filtering DMs from non-friends as well as disabling the ability for people from certain servers from DMing you. Useful for big servers that you're lurking in.

I felt this in my soul. I had to go back and rename 4 years worth of VRChat photo folders so they would be organized correctly in google drive ;-;

Very worth it, but damn it sucked to do.
