This time - Dr. Pepper: Cream Swirl
Good god, this shit is so fucking good! It's got that usual Dr. Pepper taste, but then it spreads a really nice cream aftertaste over your tongue. Compared to other "Cream" flavoured Cola's I've had... this is probably the best.

I miss the iconic scream of this from Gran Turismo 2... whilst nearly all the cars sounded the same with the AI driving them; this usually had a higher pitch and you could easily tell it was in the race without seeing it.
