Interesting, from what I can find he was involved in a 1st lap crash, the car was repaired and he rejoined c.20 laps behind presumably as a sort of test session. If true I’m disappointed I have no recollection of it at all.
The perverse part of my brain is screaming at me if I get to answer it to put that, irrelevant to what the question is.

It is a worry as no matter how good the simulation and virtual track test facilities, some things only happen when out on track. 🤞 we only suffer small easily fixed problems in Bahrain.

Let’s not forget that this is a 5 day test, but I believe each team can only run on 3 of those 5 days. So teams not being there and running on Monday means they could still do the entire allowable testing days.
