I'm at the age now where I think pointless sex scenes in films and TV show just slow them down.
Scenes that advance a story or help build a character is different, but getting an actor naked so the audience can see some boobs or a penis is tedious.
My younger self would hate me for saying that.

Some of the best episodes of 24th century Trek came from people sending in story ideas and scripts to the production offices and then getting hired as a result. That's something that needs to be done again I reckon.
It's not that the rules were removed, they were altered, trains with the new bright headlights are exempt.
For example, if you're sat at Dawlish Station you can easily spot an 800 coming out the tunnel in the distance due to how bright the lights are.
Other trains still need the yellow ends.
