The reason tens of millions of Republicans (as seen on this chart) became vaccine skeptics is because right wingers capitalized on already existing fear and amplified it using the Internet.
That being said, the best thing one can do to convince someone to get a vaccine is talk to them.
Not that I think Dems will do this or anything much useful, but if they do, they need to avoid the word "mandates".
Shifting language towards "requirements" or other words and emphasizing vaccines required for children in schools is probably the best one can do.

From what I understand there are custom algorithms/feeds that people can create, so maybe it'll get better for you. Personally I just followed all the Baltimore starter packs and a few others.

It's really easy to believe. Yes, lots of people voted for abortion rights AND trump, but some people voted for abortion rights and then didn't vote for Kamala or voted third party.
Kamala clearly did not have a good platform, which is why so many down ballot races outperformed her.
