Forgot 2 bleet about how I opened a record store 2 weeks ago! Ginkgo Records, Wed-Sun at 3546 Michigan Ave in Detroit
picked up a copy of Siouxsie and the Banshees' "Juju" today from @shelleyginkgo.bsky.social and I'm always blow away by the sound, and that it was released in '81. Way ahead of its time.
Detroit folks! Local music champion @shelleyginkgo.bsky.social has opened a record store today at 27th Letter Books (3546 Michigan Ave, Detroit) and it sounds really cool!
