I can check in on here now and again. Sorry things are hard

Might take you up on that if I get nowhere myself!

Thank you. I have made a complaint specifically so I can go to the housing ombudsman once I've exhausted the complaint process (but my understanding is I have to exhaust that process first?)
Not at all β€οΈ
Have tried this tac including my care coordinator emailing them but it's made no difference π
Nope! Another awful one π€¦ββοΈ
All I want them to do is fix the roof. Do I have to beg? Cry? I literally don't know what else I can do
Mouldy damp ceiling with a hole showing wooden slats below the plaster
This is how I'm living because my housing association are so useless my ceiling in the living room has now fallen in. Informed them about this damp over a year ago
Thank you for all the well wishes, they really helped get me out the door today
It was extremely stressful (outside! busy! hospitals! interacting!) and my blood pressure was very high as a result. Think we managed to get a reasonable reading after I did some deep breathing
Love this!
Have to interact with the NHS/do healthcare today (pre-op)
Wish me luck!

The brief break of this relentless rain yesterday was so gorgeous
And on that note, academics, especially those who influence policy, can and should call for action. It's not 'biassed' to 'take sides'. It is your job.
We were asked to speak at this KCL PRU event - you can watch Hat on the panel here. As they point out, we don't need even 'more research' on surveillance, we need decision-makers to take action. Now.

Untangling the threads: The installation of Oxevision by Oxford Health NHS Trust partΒ two
Following on from the piece earlier in the week we are now sharing part two of our deep dive into Oxford Healthβs seemingly irrational decision to install Oxevision

All of this is heartbreaking but the feedback from patients, including those on a children's ward is harrowing.
βits creepy when I look up and see its red eyes looking at me. It feels like a monster is looking at me in the nightβ.

The decision to expand the installation of Oxevision over three stages appears to have been made despite βdamning internal reportsβ, negative feedback from patients; ongoing issues with the supplier; what appeared to be a major data breach; and a lack of any demonstrable benefit
Intrigued about the "damning internal report"? You can now read it here: stopoxevision.wordpress.com/wp-content/u...
Following an article by @novaramedia.com we have now shared part one of the timeline of Oxford Health's installation of Oxevision.
The report outlines how the Trust invested millions in a technology its patients described as 'creepy', 'unsafe' and 'spying'

βCreepy, unsafe and spyingβ
This report is written to accompany our complaint to Oxford Health. We are asking questions as to whether personal connections and vested interests may have influenced decisions pertaining to the technology
