There's been some quiet painting lately.

The Silver Bayonet but set in France just after WW1.
Foreshadowing of WW2 occultism + unearthing of "classified" works of Napoleonic era Solver Bayonet lore.

Squads of young soldiers mixed with "shell shocked" veterans.
Who else would want to fight werewolves back in the trenches? #thesilverbayonet

Currently reading the pdf! Looks nice as a standalone but also pretty easy to plug it into other of the series. (i.e. Last War, Endless Horror...)

I started playing #5parsecsfromhome in December 2023 with this crew. Now i'm prepping for 8th turn with a crew of 9 folks. And a *full* bug hunt cast too.

wip. scanned in the lines and did some quick color flats.

Sometimes i find myself doing stuff like painting minis, playing video games... And think man, some people earn money doing exactly that on camera, and so i feel what i'm doing is pointless. Fuch this age of everything-has-to-be-monetized too!

Had the same loss of momentum in Silo S2. Guess it's a recurring issue in second seasons...

You should check out "A war transformed" then. It's basically weird war one in the doggerland yep. Granted it's originally a miniature game but you could easily run a rpg in the setting. It's mainly fantasy though but would fit Cthulhu neatly

They are indeed very nice. Some of those i mixed with the guard box too. I recon if you grab 1 sprue of each you're fine for a warband for say forbidden psalm or the like.
