The ongoing situation in the occupied Palestinian territories is deeply concerning. I am pround to stand with parliamentary colleagues calling for further pressure on Israel, including a ban on trade with illegal settlements. Peace and human rights must prevail.

Yesterday, @drrosena.bsky.social raised a question at PMQs about the suitability of temporary accommodation and the impact on children's health and mortality.

All children deserve to grow up in a safe and secure home, and temporary accommodation standards should be regulated.

We need regime change in Iran and it must be led by the Iranian people. It's right that the UK didn't take part in offensive strikes and any escalation should require Parliamentary approval because we need to see the legal bass for military action.

74 children have died as a result of poor Temporary Accommodation since 2019. At #PMQs today I asked the Prime Minister about urgently raising standards and supporting Councils with extra funding so every child can have a decent home whether temporary or not.

Today marks four years since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

In the early weeks of the invasion, I travelled to Ukraine with MedGlobal to provide advice on mass casualty triage to Ukrainian medics.

We must continue to support the Ukrainian fight for freedom.
