Picked this up last week. I am not a fan of the underground era but I kept hearing Bodé was one of the pillars so I gave it a shot. The restoration and colors are beautiful. @imagecomics.com did an excellent job with this.

I listened to”The Awesome Comics Podcast” for the Sean Michael Robinson (“Living the Line”) interview. He spent the first 10 minutes verbally fellating Dave Sim. Now I’m conflicted because I love their Smudge line and supporting Holmberg’s work. I may have to hold my nose for Holmberg’s work.
Listened to a comics podcast for the first time in over a year. It was the “Awesome Comics Podcast” out of the UK. It’s amazing that, regardless of location, all comics podcasts start off with a ‘90s rock guitar riff and boring banter that would give “The Big Bang Theory” a run for its money.

“The Scrapbook of Life and Death” by J Webster Sharp is completely out of the box as far as graphic novels go. Sharp is an outstanding cartoonist. If you’re into body horror, this is your jam. I am not into body horror but she’s so damn good I had to make an exception.

All of the gains made post-election were erased last week. I can’t take any more of this winning.
I was going to bake a trip to TCAF 2025 into a short getaway with my wife. However, while Toronto looks like a nice place to raise a family, after a few hours of research it looks bland. So I’m going to SPX 2025. You can say that area is also bland but you have DC nearby & my wife is from the area.
