Maybe not quite THAT bad :-) but sterile was the word that kept coming to mind when I was playing it. It did feel a bit like it thought it could get by mostly on saying 'isn't space travel amazing' in a very, very unconvincing way

I generally don't love games with a ton of reading, but Pentiment's a huge exception.
Very few games cover so much of politics, class & how history's written so effectively. Doesn’t hurt that it looks distinctively incredible, too.

I meant to say, I've already had a decent couple of games of the digital version of Wingspan with pals, it's been excellent. Including like a 5 hour epic where my friends' kid's patience was severely tested (by our slow gameplay, not the game itself) :-)
