This morning on the Mon.
My summer so far can be summed up as follows: ate snacks on the back porch until it got too hot, then ate snacks inside
Took less than 5 minutes to make a vet appointment for two of my dogs. Took me over two hours to make a doctor appointment for myself and I’m still not 100% sure that my health insurance will cover it. Maybe I should try getting pet insurance for myself?
Haven’t even moved into our new house full time yet and we’ve already met more neighbors than every place we’ve lived in for the last 20 years combined. Is this a Pittsburgh thing or a walkable neighborhood thing or both?

I can’t believe how much the quality of my life has diminished by living some place where I have to drive for everything. Can’t wait to move back to a city
So far, one of my favorite things about being on Pittsburgh’s south side is walking to vegan Sunday brunch at the Zenith. What a treasure!
