Lately, grading and working four jobs is causing migraines. Must sleep it off.
I'm not at this point in my rhet career yet, but in MFA world, this convo is quite common. 1) actually mention the names of the editors instead of "Dear editor" & 2) read previous issues & submit something similar. People say they don't have preferences, but they do, even if they are subconscious.
