Russian glide bomb use down: Most probably due to the threat of ATACMS and Storm Shadow, Russian fighter/bombers have had to relocate to bases further away, resulting in longer flight times and fewer bombing sorties. Many lives could have been saved had US permitted ATACMS use in Russia earlier.
