but loadPlaylist fires while youtube is still initializing and its trying to access data that was wiped by the first call which now doesnt exist and errors

it then calls both loadVideoById and loadPlaylist due to a non exclusive if condition which tells the yt iframe embed to play the correct track it starts loading from loadVideoById call which clears the playlist to null

theres a race condition in the useEffect in the youtube player component when the videos reducer sets the track index in state it triggers the effect which gets current playlist index from youtube iframe and compares to state which is out of sync if yt is slow
