I know I’m also obese (250lbs or so and 5’3”) but I was obese for all of college and wasn’t feeling this tired so consistently… The only exercise I can stand is biking these days. Everything else makes my back screech.

Thinking about getting tested for POTS. I tried doing dishes today and had to tap out after 10 minutes because I felt physically weak. That happens more often than it should.
