Kaiman from Dorohedoro, a lizard-headed man, depicted in mixed 2D and 3D. His upper teeth and head spikes float detached from his head. Despite facing the viewer directly, one of his eyes is misaligned. The picture is surrounded by tiles mostly featuring gyoza, but also a few featuring a mushroom, a Hungry Bug, and a Nikaido tile.
