MN has had a "local indie" since the 1990's. There are a bunch of different local indie promotions in the Minneapolis/ St Paul area. Some good, some not as good. F1RST WRESTLING is good.

I just finished reading the first issue of Wrestle Heist by @thekylestarks.bsky.social . I really dig the Pro Wrestling Illustrated tribute cover. I think Jim Rugg had the best Rushmore. "Photo credit Robert Newsome", the guy that put out The Atomic Elbow?
