@mindcharity.bsky.social who have 508k followers on X have just announced that they will no longer be posting there.

This is one of the first loud quits from a really big charity I have seen.

They hadn't posted on X since November.

They are here instead and building up from their 2k followers.

Paid search ads (Google) should still be used, but it's worth keeping a close eye on CPCs, CPAs and testing other platforms alongside such as Microsoft Ads (Bing).

An interesting read if you've got 5 mins spare!

Another reason why you should try and utilise the ad grant and SEO as much as possible when in the charity sector.

#GivingTuesday is around the corner (Dec 3rd to be exact). Although it isn't as well known in the UK, the date actually coincides with the annual launch of the @biggive.bsky.social #ChristmasChallenge.

It's tricky to target with SEO or Google Ads, HOWEVER, I've seen great results with clients

With a fully remote team of just 20 employees, Bluesky has surpassed 20 million users in its first year since opening to the public and is stealing thunder from rivals hundreds of times its size.

At a time when conventional wisdom among bosses is that workers must be in-person to be productive.

Even using platforms like Semrush or SERanking it can be sometimes difficult to decipher whether a competitor is using a paid or Google ad grant account.

By using this method you can gain a better understanding of whether to target terms with a paid account

πŸ’‘Did you know you can work out whether charities are using a Google ad grant or paid account to bid on search terms by utilising the ad transparency center?

If an ad grant is being used it will state "Ad funded by".

Bluesky now has over 20M people!! πŸŽ‰

We've been adding over a million users per day for the last few days. To celebrate, here are 20 fun facts about Bluesky:

He already had separation anxiety before, but it's 10x worse because I also now follow him around. Fearful of him being in a room on his own for too long πŸ˜‚

Ah yes, WIlbur is on Leve as well for clusters.

Yes I can imagine it definitely made your job search difficult!

It's made Wilbur super clingy to me, and he can't really be left on his own because of his frequency of seizures. We are just very thankful our family live nearby, and we WFH

He's doing generally okay. He's on the max dosage of epiphen but still having grand mal seizures at least once a month. We're still very much in the learning phase of what medication works for him. How about your dog?

We also have similar surnames πŸ˜‚

Hi Abi, thanks for the follow.

It seems like we have a lot in common. My dog has epilepsy too. He was diagnosed in February this year. It's been an emotional rollercoaster.

I also have experiences of burnout, back when I was working in-house.
