It always corrects stuff to stiff. I NEVER mean stiff.

I'm imagining that some people in the industry will say this is too cheap (and maybe that low-paying clients aren't worth it), but I feel strongly about:
- Helping people create something they need
- That looks good
- At an affordable cost
- Without all the nonsense
And honestly, it's a quick win!
After working with Tara, I put together an offering for anyone who just needs something simple, affordable and low-maintenance ๐ keepitsimplesite.com
We set up a Carrd site and she's on her way. She keeps the domains but doesn't have to worry about outdated info, maintenance or big, ongoing costs.
I've had other leads through the years for people who didn't need ALL THE STUFF, but I always felt bad that I didn't have anything to offer them.
Fast forward to today โ she's working full time at a great company. She didn't want to let those domains go, but the content was outdated, the websites still needed to be maintained and hosting isn't cheap.
One of the first websites I built (in 2017) was for my copywriter friend Tara Darazio. A few years later, I helped her create another website for her podcast and courses (under her Let's Meet for Copyยฎ brand).
I've been using FreshBooks since 2018, but with the price increases, it was time to change.

I switched from ManageWP to MainWP a few years ago and wrote a post about it at the time.
I'm still using MainWP and felt compelled to share an update on my experience. Some good people working there on a great product!! ๐

My latest email is about switching from paid products to (mostly) free products.
- carrd.co for one-page websites ($19/year)
- Email routing through Cloudflare (free)
- Podcast hosting through Spotify (free)

Woo, that worked!! Thanks for your help!
I'll check the console now. I do still have s2Member installed (was thinking I'd get this running properly first) but I will remove everything now.
No, when I sign up, a user is created and I'm logged in. But no membership is applied. It kicks me back to the membership checkout page.
If I click the button again, then the membership is applied.
Free!
This was a lovely post Michelle! Thank you for sharing! โค๏ธ
